REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS:

You may request a refund for this product if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Please note that a refund will only be processed if requested at least seven (7) days prior to the training date. Refunds may take up to four (4) business days to process. Your access to any certification or premium content will be revoked upon submitting a refund request, and you will no longer be able to access the content. Any badges or digital credentials issued will be withdrawn upon submitting a refund request. You will no longer be able to share the badge via social channels, and existing social shares will be invalidated. Refunds for the Ansys Learning Cloud access will only be provided if you do not use any amount of the Cloud Access purchased; otherwise, there are no refunds provided for the product. Check out our FAQs for more information. The refunds will be issued via your selected PCI/Card processor to your original payment option selected during checkout.

CANCELLATION:

The CADFEM Trainings is a digital marketplace and starts the fulfillment of orders automatically immediately after an order is successful. If you placed the order in error and you want to cancel the order, please initiate a refund request as described above.
