When I complete the course do I receive a Certificate?
Yes, After completing the entire course you will receive a certificate of course completion.
What certificate does CADFEM offer?
CADFEM offers a course completion certificate after finishing the course.
What is course completion certificate how do i obtain it?
Complete the opted course then the certificate of course completion will be mailed to you by CADFEM India.
How the certification is issued?
After course completion certificate will be mailed to you by CADFEM India.
Certificate will be provided in which language?
Certifications are only available in English currently.
What are the requirements to complete the course?
A basic laptop or tablet with a stable WiFi or internet connection is the only requirement to complete the course.
What should I do if I don’t receive my certificate after completing the course?
- Check Your Email - Look in your inbox, spam, or junk folder for an email from CADFEM India
- Verify Your Registered Email - Ensure that you provided the correct email address during registration.
- Contact Support - If you still haven't received it, reach out to CADFEM India via their support email or contact form, providing your course details and registration information.
Can I purchase the products as a gift for someone else?
No, only the end-user may purchase products from the Ansys Innovation Marketplace.
Why does the end-user need to be the purchaser of content on theCADFEM Trainings?
How long does it take to obtain access to the products I purchase?
Purchases will take up to one (1) business day before the product is available to you.
Is there any financial aid available?
There is no financial aid available.
How do I access the learning products I buy on the CADFEM Trainings?
Once the transaction is successful, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your purchase and an activation link to provide you access to the course.
How do I get the certification of completion for the opted Training from CADFEM India?
Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be emailed to your registered email address by CADFEM India.
Is there equated monthly installments (EMI) option available?
No, the entire payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment options are governed by CADFEM India Private Limited. CADFEM currently accepts payments from most major credit cards and online payment solutions. This is subject to change.
Are there additional taxes, for example state tax, applicable on top of the displayed amount?
Yes. Local tax laws are applied based on your state and/or country of residence.
Are there additional charges to utilize my certification on other platforms, for example social media sites?
What is the refund policy?
Please note that a refund will only be processed if requested at least seven (7) days prior to the training date. Refunds may take up to four (4) business days to process. If your refund was approved but you have not received it after four (4) business days, first check with your credit card company as companies can have varying policies on days the number of days it takes for processing refunds. Your access to an offering will be cancelled after your refund is processed. There are no refunds provided for any products including cloud hours once any of the hours have been consumed. If you purchased multiple products on one order, you may request a refund for a subset of the unused products.
How do I submit for a refund?
Refunds are governed by CADFEM India Terms and Conditions and are processed via the CADFEM India. Visit your Orders Page on your Account Profile on the Trainings to submit a request for a refund. If your request qualifies for a refund, you will receive a refund from CADFEM India Private Limited. Your access to any purchased content will be revoked upon completion of the refund process.
Are my payment details stored?
We do not have access to or any of your payment details. All payment information is processed by our third-party e-commerce vendor.
Is my profile information shared with third parties, for example Credly?
We do share your details with Credly to create an account to record your badges and Ansys to provide access to specific courses and content, as necessary. If the product you purchased includes Ansys Learning Cloud hours, your email is shared with Microsoft to allocate a virtual machine. However, we do not share your data with any other parties.
Who is CADFEM India Private Limited?
CADFEM India Private Limited is the third-party payment provider for the Ansys Innovation Marketplace. CADFEM is subject to privacy and confidentiality obligations to ensure that your information is secure. Only information required to process your purchase is accessed by CADFEM.
